The Studio Guesthouse is not your typical shed; it is an upscale garden building. The beautiful building shell can serve as a great studio, guesthouse, garden building, gift shop, office, den, outdoor storage building, playhouse, workshop, or pool house. Complete the building with your finish and find your own creative use.
This magnificent unit includes 7’ walls with 2 x 4 construction, steep A-frame roof style with 2 x 4 rafters, solid raised-panel steel house doors, 2 slider windows with screens and shutters, 2 flower boxes, and beautiful screened wood vents.
This kit includes the materials and hardware you need to frame the unit and trim the exterior (see note below concerning customer-supplied shingles and paint.) Most wood pieces are pre-cut, which greatly simplifies the assembly process.
