Cancellations will only be permitted if we are notified by 8:00 AM on the day prior to the delivery date.  For Tuesday deliveries, the order needs to be canceled on or before Friday by 8:00 AM. To cancel please call 888-443-3734, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time or e-mail us at Costco@spfloral.com.   Cancellations are not permitted on authorized Next Day deliveries.

If the flowers are being sent to a funeral home, we recommend that the customer notify the funeral home of their order and of the delivery date.

Ribbon text is available at no additional cost.  Please provide the desired ribbon text in the "gift messaging" section of the order process. Costco.com provides optimal freshness by shipping fresh flowers.  Extra care is taken in ensuring that the shipping and packaging system guarantees that your flowers will arrive in 100% perfect condition.
