Care & Handling:
Upon arrival, remove Bouttonieres and Corsages from the box using the directions below. Place them in a glass with water and put them in your refrigerator. Make sure your refrigerator is not set below 35F degrees or the flowers will freeze. Place items away from fruits and vegetables which can release gasses that age your flowers (keep fruits and vegetables in drawers or closed containers).
How To Remove Boutonnieres And Corsages From Box:
- Hold boutonniere/wrist corsage by the plastic top cover of water tube and remove it from the box, be careful to not press flowers against the box, which can bruise the petals
- Hold the top of the water tube firmly with one hand and hold the plastic tube with the other hand. Pull the tube off carefully. DO NOT pull the flower from the stem because it may break
- Free the flower from the plastic top. Important: After removing them, place them in a glass with water. Make sure the water does not reach the ribbons
- Place in refrigerator away from fruits and vegetables as noted above

When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on OR before your selected delivery date, if one was selected. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence. For special events, select a delivery date 1-2 days in advance of the event for the best blooms. All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid.
As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery.
Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions.
Note: Due to the variance in monitor color and screen tones, the flowers you receive may vary in color from the image on your computer monitor. If you are purchasing bulk roses to complement your wedding tones, be aware that we cannot guarantee the same variety when more than one case is ordered. We will make every effort, however, to match the shade of color.
Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 600 Costco warehouses worldwide.

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
