After placing your order, please allow approximately 2 - 4 weeks for manufacture & delivery. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment approximately 2 - 3 weeks from the time of order. Delivery available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. A 4-hour delivery window may be required. Delivery day and timeframe varies by location.

Does not include removal of old mattress by delivery agent. Delivery agent will call to set up delivery time prior to delivery. Delivery is subject to suitable access that allows for delivery to be made without damaging the purchaser's property, the product or jeopardizing the safety of delivery personnel. Please check the measurements to make sure access will be available. In the event suitable access is not available, the delivery agent reserves the right to refuse delivery and Costco will issue a refund.
