Standard shipping via common carrier is included in the quoted price. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 - 4 weeks from the time of order. Delivery and in-home professional installation and set up will occur at separate times.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier so that you may track your shipment online. Please allow at least 10 days before tracking your order. This email will also include the name and phone number of your local installer.

The carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment, please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Two men will accompany the shipment to remove the crated pool table and/or furniture from the truck and place it in your garage.

It is the responsibility of the member to call and schedule an appointment for the installation and set up, please allow approximately 3-5 business days lead time for the installer to come out. The installer will take the pool table from the garage to the desired location in your home to install and set up.

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier.

Delivery does not include disposal of packaging.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
