Deep from within the Amazon’s Rainforest lies a collection of tropical flowers and foliage’s with bright colors and diverse textures.  Today we bring to you our “ Fiesta Tropical Collection” a selection of exotic tropical blooms all in one box for the designer in you.  With this collection you can design one large arrangement or decorate your home and party with just one box.  All you may need in flowers and foliage’s pre-selected for your convenience.  A piece of this mystical rainforest will bring color and elegance to your décor.

Care and Handling - Tropical Bouquets
Each bouquet is wrapped and packaged with paper and inserted in a sleeve to protect them during shipping.  
They are labeled for easy identification.
  • Remove the protective paper and sleeve from the flowers.
  • Cut stems ½ inch
  • Shake the bouquets gently to recover its original shape.
  • Mist the flowers and foliage thoroughly with fresh clean water. (Adding floral preservative to the water is recommended)
  • Place the blooms at room temperature in the containers or vase of choice.
  • The container/vase should have a minimum of 6 inches of water. Mix the package of flower food with the water.
  • To prolong the vase life of your tropical blooms mist them at least twice a day

Preferred Arrival Date:
When selecting a date, please keep the following in mind: Your flowers will deliver on OR before your selected delivery date, if one was selected. Signature is required for delivery. Flowers are a perishable item and need to be cared for immediately upon arrival. Returns will only be accepted if flowers arrive in poor condition. Returns will not be accepted for circumstances resulting from negligence. For special events, select a delivery date 1-2 days in advance of the event for the best blooms. To cancel or reschedule an order within 48 hours please call 1-888-620-8895, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm EST, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm EST, or email: Costco@vistaflor.com.

Estimated Arrival Date Schedule:
Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions

Order Monday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Thursday of the following week
Order Tuesday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Wednesday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Thursday – estimated delivery between Thursday & Friday of the following week
Order Friday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Thursday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks
Order Saturday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Thursday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks
Order Sunday – estimated delivery between Tuesday & Thursday, approx. 1-1/2 weeks

All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid.

Flower Delivery Information:
Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival. Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.

Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 600 Costco warehouses worldwide.

Membership: We will refund your membership fee in full at any time if you are dissatisfied.

Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. The following must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund: televisions, projectors, computers, cameras, camcorders, touch screen tablets, MP3 players and cellular phones.

How to Return: For an immediate refund (including shipping and handling), simply return your purchase at any one of our Costco warehouses worldwide. If you are unable to return your order at one of our warehouses, please email customer service or call our customer service center at 1-800-955-2292 for assistance. To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.

If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
