Instructions:
To maximize the life and beauty of your flowers, it is important to follow the care tips below.
 

  • Fill a clean container with lukewarm water and flower preservative. Do not use more than the recommended dosage, as the flowers may be sugar sensitive.   
  • Cut your flowers in a diagonal direction, approximately 1-inch from the base of the stems with a sharp knife. This will expose a fresh and wider surface of the stems to the water.   
  • For roses, remove the first layer of the protective guard petals. They are not a sign of damaged or old flowers. These petals were left on to protect your roses during shipping.   
  • Remove any foliage that will fall below the water line to reduce bacterial contamination of the water. Removing the thorns will not harm the roses, as long as the skin has not been damaged.   
  • Revitalize your flowers by re-cutting the stems and placing them in warm water (100 - 110 F) with flower preservative of your choice every 2 to 3 days to maximize shelf life.   
  • Keep your flowers in a cool area to help them last longer.

Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7-10 days in advance of delivery.

Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions.

Please select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for immediately upon arrival. Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.

All purchases are subject to credit card authorization before your order is valid.

As this may be a time sensitive purchase, please take the appropriate steps when you order by calling your bank to verify credit limit and make sure authorization goes through. Please double-check your information for accuracy. Credit Card holds or declines can delay your order beyond the stated delivery parameters above. If you request an item be picked up for return, the item must be packaged and available for pick up in the same manner as it was delivered.
If your order was delivered "curb side", it will need to be available for curb side pick up.
If the item arrived to you in a box, it will need to be in a box at the time of pick up.
