This fishery is considered to be one of the most sustainable in the world. Pan sear until cooked through. 24, 2.5-ounce IQF crab cakes per case.

- Upon receipt, keep the crab cakes frozen until you are ready to use them
- When ready to cook, thaw the vacuum-sealed packages in the refrigerator overnight
- Heat your preferred cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat, or use an air fryer
- Cook until both sides are golden brown
- Gently press down on each crab cake as it nears completion to ensure even heating
- Ensure that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
