You will receive the redemption code, normally within 24 hours, via e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered. Additional processing time may be required.
Recipient’s email address MUST be supplied in the e-mail field on the Shipping Address page. To ensure delivery of your redemption code emails to your inbox, please add costco.com@memberedelivery.com to your Email Address Book or Safe List.
If you have issues receiving your email, look in your spam or you can access your purchase here: Digital Order Portal. Simply enter your Costco order number and the email address used on your purchase. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email from Costco.com or on the Order & Returns section on your Costco account.
