Alimentias was founded in 1999 with the objective of sharing Spain’s exceptional cheeses with the world. From the start, the company devoted itself to selecting and producing cheeses made using top-quality milk, strict quality standards, and traditional recipes. Over the years, Alimentias has expanded their range to offer cheeses that blend the best of Spain’s cheesemaking heritage with innovative flavors.

Crafted in Spain from rich sheep’s milk and studded with caramelized onions, this cheese offers nutty creaminess and subtle sweetness that delight the palate. The caramelized onions lend honeyed, roasted notes to the buttery cheese and deepen its savory character. Firm yet supple, the Don Juan Caramelized Onion Sheep’s Milk Cheese is ideal for cheese boards, shaved over salads, or melted to unlock its creaminess. Pair with grainy mustard and dry-cured salami to draw out its umami qualities or enjoy alongside a brown ale to elevate its brothy character.
