Planting Tips & Instructions 
Dig hole twice the size of root ball. Backfill around the root ball with amended soil taking care to ensure the tree is not planted too deep. The root ball should still be visible after completing the backfilling. Water deeply to settle soil. Yellow or dropping leave are signs of over watering or poor drainage.
Prune to desired height and shape, fertilize in Spring-Summer.

Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and no deeper than the existing root system. Backfill with native soil, ensuring the top of the root ball remains slightly visible above the surrounding soil level. Water deeply after planting to settle the soil and establish strong roots.
Once established, Mission Olive Trees are highly drought tolerant and prefer well-drained soil. Water regularly during the first growing season, then reduce frequency as the tree matures. Yellowing or dropping leaves may indicate overwatering or poor drainage conditions.

Prune annually to maintain shape, improve airflow, and encourage fruit production. Fertilize in spring with a balanced fertilizer formulated for fruiting trees.
