Your street must be free of any obstructions such as low hanging trees and power lines and must have adequate access for a tractor-trailer. The street must be well maintained and in good condition, including rural roads.
Please include a daytime phone number and a valid email address in the shipping information at the time of checkout.
Spa’s Warranty is void if the spa is moved to any location that is not the original ‘Ship To’ address. Please review all exclusions on the warranty page.

- The delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
- The driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to the driver's departure.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process, or you may refuse the delivery.
