Every iPad comes with one year of hardware repair coverage and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support. AppleCare+ for iPad extends your coverage and includes coverage of your Apple Pencil and Apple-branded iPad keyboard. You’ll get access to one-stop service and support from Apple experts who can help resolve most issues in a single conversation.

AppleCare+ covers repairs or replacement – including parts and service – by Apple-authorized technicians using genuine Apple parts.  And Apple experts can help you troubleshoot issues with your iPad, iPadOS, and Apple-branded iPad apps.

How to get support

• Global repair coverage – Get access to certified iPad service locally when traveling internationally.³
• Carry-in repair – Take your iPad to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. ⁴
• Express Replacement Service – Apple can send a replacement device so you don’t have to wait for your repair. ⁵
• Mail-in repair – Mail in your iPad using a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple. ⁶
